Release M2.2, June 2009

The M2.2 release is intended as the final 'beta' release before 1.0. About dialog has been added, as has a preferences dialog for setting proxy details and tuning feed fetching speeds. Refactoring of the packages has significantly reduced overall footprint, especially on the Mac. For more details, read the release notes

Release M2.1, April 2009

The M2.1 release improves stability and performance, and adds new export and import options for collections including BibTex, RIS (EndNote), and RSS/Atom, and the use of the Jopml feed discovery service for automatically adding new categories and feeds. The M2 release contains a redesign to the user interface, rationalization of the naming, numerous bug fixes, a streamlining to the inputs section, drag and drop support and additional concuits - now called services. Currently only OSX and Windows are supported for this build, other builds will be added shortly.

Release M1.1, February 2008

The M1.1 release is an interim build that fixes some issues with the M1 release, and adds additional functionality for SWORD protocol use. In response to demand we are also offering binaries for Linux and Windows Vista with this release. In all other major respects this release is the same as M1.

Release M1, December 2007

The M1 release is a "preview" release intended for hands-on experimentation, but is not considered suitable for production use. The M3 release, due in July, will be a production release. We encourage you to play with this release, and explore the possibilities. If you think of an idea for an enhancement, feature, or a way of making use of FeedForward we'd really like you to tell us about it using our Trac. We're also especially interested in improving usability, so please give us feedback on your experiences and ideas. You can see a lot of design documents via our blog.
